Placed order online for 3 charms, got delivered to find they came all together in a little paper pouch in a Jiffy bag that’s it with no bag/box like when bought from store they come wrapped in yellow tissue paper in little pouch with a little bag - these are xmas present so what I’m meant to put the in !! Not happy !!

It's composed from a shopping bag, gift message and a little ribbon. Unfortunately the gift box was not included in your order confirmation. I am satisfied with the quality of the jewelry but had to wait a few weeks for the items to be dispatched and delivered. Also, I received an email from the courier to say it would be delivered the next day but then a day later another email was sent to say my purchase had made it's way to belfast instead of Newcastle deposit. This delayed delivery another 48 hours.

I ordered previously from an independent jeweller whose service was excellent as nomination had a sale I ordered extra charms for Christmas present. I ordered 3 and all were in stock but it took so long for nomination to even pick the order that I was refunded for 1 as it was out of stock, then a few days later I was refunded for another as this one was also out of stock eventually nearly 2 weeks after order I received an email to say the 1 was being dispatched and needed to be signed for. I waited in for delivery to sign for the parcel,the courier didn’t even knock on the door just pushed it through the letterbox so a day wasted for me. Now I need more charms and their sale has ended so I have lost out. Why did nomination continue to take online orders for items that they had no stock of? I am disgusted with their service and will not order directly from them again. Terrible service, delivery times altogether an experience I will not repeat.

Items purchased were out of stock but didn’t tell me until I emailed chasing the order. Need to sort out the stock control on the website extremely disappointed

I was disappointed by the website at Black Friday deal. It was terrible. 2 of the 4 charms I paid for were not in stock and they were when I paid for them which resulted in me loosing out on the deal as I was not informed until after black Friday deal was ended. I then had to buy the two missing from my local shop. I can not believe they could not be sent from where stock was available? Or not have charged me in first place as it took a while to receive refund ! I paid for gift wrapping and received one flat box that’s it. Not great service at all from a previously loyal customer. Not received
