I recently ordered a charm from the Nomination Jewellery website, and while the charm itself is lovely, the shopping experience was quite disappointing. It's not made clear when you order that the items are shipped from Italy, which results in lengthy delivery times. They use DHL for shipping and provided tracking information with a confirmed delivery date. However, my package arrived three days later than promised. When I contacted customer support about the delay, they simply blamed the courier. Since they chose the courier, I expected them to handle the issue on my behalf rather than passing the responsibility. If you're in the UK and need your order quickly, I strongly recommend buying from a UK-based jewelry shop or a physical store rather than waiting over a week for delivery. I paid extra for the gift packaging since this charm was meant to be a present. The gift bag and packaging are indeed beautiful (though they arrive flat-packed), but it was all useless to me. I was traveling abroad for the birthday and had to source another gift at the last minute because the charm didn’t arrive in time. In summary, the charm is nice, but the shipping process and customer service make it not worth the hassle if you're on a timeline.

We provide an express delivery service to the UK and usually packages are delivered in 24/48h. It may happen, due to the organization of the courier itself, due to custom issues or simply to a high volume of parcels to be delivered, that the courier takes 24h more to let you have your package. This is what happened in your case and we are sorry for that. Having dispatched the parcel in 3 working days, we managed to respect our standard shipping times even with such short delay anyway. Easy to use website even though purchasing outside of Italy. Delivery was much quicker than expected with tracking. Product was a present and recipient was very happy with the quality of it.

The actual products are perfect which is why I gave you some stars. The customer services you offer are abysmal. As per your advice I used WhatsApp to speak to customer services, on the 30/08, it is now 16/09 and I still have had no response.

I was a bit wary of buying from Nomination.com. However, I placed an order for one charm. I should have had no worries. I was kept informed of the progress via email. The charm arrived on time and the packaging was just perfect. I also received a lovely presentation box. I then went on to order another one and had it inscribed. This one took longer to arrive. I contacted the company and they explained when I should receive it. If I had only read the full website information, there would have been no need for me to contact them (all my fault) this inscribed charm arrived on time and the inscription was just perfect. I would highly recommend this company, I already have. I will most definitely order from this company again.
