The charms and bracelet were exactly as advertised. Delivery was on time and both recipients were delighted with their presents.

Absolutely awful experience. First to start the delivery company delivered it to the wrong address. And then spoiled my partners Christmas as we managed to get it and partner opened it on Christmas day for it not to fit turned out nominations had sent the wrong size to what I ordered. Then tried to contact them with no reply except for chat which said they couldn't really help and I would have to email to then say they would have to investigate to see if I was to pay for the return. Never again will I be using them again as there wasn't even a sorry just I needed to email. Customer service is terrible. I'm still waiting for a reply

Everything was great, it came on time, and it is beautiful . But the bracelet is a little too small. Is it possible to buy only one extra plain charm?

The dispatch and delivery timelines are not clear enough on the website, or on emails with the order confirmation and dispatch is unbelievably slow. Would be much faster to purchase from an authorised retailer.

My shopping experience was a positive one. This was my second time purchasing from Nomination. The products are exactly as they are described. The shipping process was absolutely the best. Everything arrived on time - early even!

Due to excellent customer service received with a previous purchase, I have continued to deal direct with Italy, rather than locally. Again, the item was received within the timescale stated, which was helpful as it was during the Christmas period. The product itself was beautiful, and a very valued addition to my daughter's composable bracelet.

What an absolutely 5 star service I am so glad I ordered from the official site I was a little worried ordering from supplier in Florence Italy it may not be delivered in time for Xmas ? But it was with me so quickly and superbly packaged with enough gift wrapping Thank you so much ❤️
