I was very disappointed in the quality of the products and the description should of pointed out the size of the pearl I have sent them back but did have to pay for this and still not received my refund

Really pleased with the bracelet and inserts. Well made and looking forward to filling it up with more. The product is coming from Italy so accept the delivery may take a bit of time but actually quicker than I thought. A very positive shopping experience

I ordered two Italian link charms, the charms themselves were as expected. However, Nominations made an assumption that the charms were for one person and sent them packaged together ( and linked together). They were in fact , intended for different people. I have arthritis in my hands and find it impossible to separate these charms. Their presentation was very disappointing.

Easy shopping experience, speedy delivery and excellent quality. However so difficult to get the charms in place, would have travelled to Molton Street store but since closed down.

Disappointing to see that if you order more than one charm it’s assumed that they are to be gifted together and just one presentation box is supplied. It would be good to see at check out an option of adding in additional presentation boxes, up to the volume of charms that you’ve ordered

The website is easy to move around once you get the idea how it works. My purchases were all composite bracelets or charms. It would be good if you could see the actual size of the links as it may make a difference to what you pick and therefore less disappointed when it arrives and it's not how you imagined it. They are beautiful bracelets and lovely charms.

My delivery was quick! Abit disappointed in the 60 charm as it looks like there’s excess glue on the charm so it looks messy. Sad about it because it’s for my Mam
