The item took a while to arrive and I ordered a gift bag, but because the delivery driver didn't knock on the door and just shoved it through the letter box the bag and the card I paid extra for were unusable due to how crumpled and unpresentable they were. The bracelet itself is lovely, but the overall experience wasn't the one I expected from Nomination.

I am still waiting on delivery. Courier service which i had to pay for is poor. Communication is not great after initial confirmation and would not order again from Nomination based on experience so far. Cant comment on quality of goods as not delivered yet and they cant be blamed for the entire experience as Courier provider is mostly at fault.

Good morning, we regret to read your message but i'm glad to help you. Your parcel was shipped in time as indicated on the website. We opened a complaint with the courier to investigate where the parcel is because it seems to be lost. My colleague Francesca is in touch with the courier every day, we are waiting for a reply in order to proceed with a new shipment, refund or delivery of the "lost" parcel if it will be found. It was such a pleasure ordering on the website. I was informed throughout the order process of updates and even of a back order which took just a few days.
