Was actually very good only for the fact that one of the charms had a slight crack in them still looks ok

I was very happy with my experience! I messed up my order and had to get in touch with them, to which they responded quickly and efficiently! This didn’t hold up my order in anyway and was very helpful. The final product is amazing and I’m very happy with the quality

The charm is lovely and high quality, and was delivered on time. However, I purchased gift packaging as it was a birthday present and the charm was not packaged inside the box. The recipient thought they had received an empty box. They found the charm eventually taped to a piece of card.

I wanted to share my thoughts that the promotion I took advantage of in Italy was better than the one I got in Poland at the same time. In Italy, I received a 17-piece mranzolette, while in Poland, it had 13 pieces and required a payment of 1 PLN (about 0.25 euros).

Ordered a Nomination bracelet for my daughters birthday. The website was great and easy to use and choose the charms to create the perfect gift for her. Delivery was quick and it arrived in a beautiful box with a gift bag. My daughter is delighted with her bracelet, would order again.

I received my order much sooner than expected and I’m very happy with it. I emailed them after I received it because I thought one of the charms was missing. They were very prompt and polite. I ordered 9 charms and initially I only saw 8. I also received a free bracelet and didn’t see the 9th charm attached to it. They were very kind when they pointed it out in the picture I sent them. I have ordered 3 times and will continue to order for my grandchildren’s bracelets.
