My niece love them

Charm is beautiful but when spending £150 on three charms and a ring and all I get is two cardboard holders. Three charms in one and ring in other it’s a joke. You spend this much for them to come in a parcel bag with just two cardboard holders in it and a nomination book. I’ve ordered from a store near me who sells all different things and better experience with them. They took more care with my nomination and puts charms individual in the cardboard holder aswell as a lovely little pouch. Not buying from here again.

I made 2 separate orders with nomination and paid 2 lots of postage for them to be delivered to 2 different addresses. The items were packaged and delivered together to just one of the addresses. I feel this conned me out of money for postage and also caused problems in the middle of a lockdown to then get one of the items to the correct address.

I wanted a bracelet for my husband and as I have a nomination I decided to choose a particular style. I went to the nomination web site and I wasnt disappointed. The comumication was brilliant and the delivery was quick. I'm very happy with the service and would go direct again.
