My parcel was delivered late. I paid £4 delivery for something that arrived a week late. I tried to contact someone via WhatsApp and had an automatic reply saying someone would be in touch with me the next working day but this did not happen. I sent a message on Twitter and no one replied. I then called the number and whoever I spoke to gave me no information but said they would reply on whatsapp. Ages after I eventually received a message on WhatsApp saying there had been technical problems and my parcel “should” be dispatched today. Then I received an email from the courrier saying my parcel had been diverted and there was a problem and I had to call them. I finally received the parcel a lot later than I wanted it to be and by this point the gift was meaningless for the person it was for. I have been in contact via email with a complaint about the service but I’m not getting anywhere... I will not be ordering again.

Good morning we regret to read your message. The email you received was an automatic message sent when the parcel has to be delivered to the correct address. You contacted us via email and we replied to you the same day. Please, check your email box as confirmation. When it's possible we reply to all the customers who contact us in many channels. Christmas period is a very busy period. We're not able to reply via all the channels but we replied to one of the many requests received. The shipping times are longer than the standard because Christmas is a very particular period. Regards Giada

Despite emailing my correct address several times the address on my parcel was still the wrong one.I was lucky to get it.

Good morning we regret to read your message and for the inconveniece. As wrote via email, your address was not updated because the payment wasn't received. When we've received it, we've shipped the parcel with the original address. Anyway we've contacted DHL the day after the shipment to give to the courier the new one.
