I had a good experience in choosing my items and buying them as a birthday gift, however down to the shipping company holding the item for over a week demanding I pay shipping tax ,I finally received the item but was then a late birthday gift 😔

Shopping Experience was good - we rec'd the bracelet quickly and packaged well. We were disappointed that the charms themselves were very hard to read. The engraving is so faint - we all could barely make out what the charms said. My granddaughter did not even notice the individual charms. That was extremely disappointing - not at all what is pictured (the engraving on the charms is much darker)

The charms themselves were beautiful but was very disappointed with the fact that there was only 1 box when I ordered 2 charms.

That is correct indeed :) As stated on our website, if you do not select the GIFT WRAP option Composable Links will be placed together in one single Packaging for Links. On the other hand, if your jewels are meant to be gifts, you will have the chance to add one single gift wrap for each one of them. Besides the boxes, you will also receive a bag and a gift message. Love Nomination! It was easy to order from outside of Italy, all my questions were answered prior to my purchase. I got two tree of life bracelets (one for myself and one as a gift). Love my bracelet and my niece loves hers. I'll buy again from Nomination!

Always receive great service from Nomination. Recently ordered a bracelet for my daughter’s birthday,there was a delay on the charm as they were restocking so I worried it wouldn’t arrive. I was kept informed and bracelet and charm delivered two weeks later, in plenty of time. Really pleased with every order I’ve placed

Great product, but when I went to order the second time using my 10% off code, it was full price postage at £10!!!! This is a rip off and it actually made me cancel the order. What a shame!

Dear Mel, Thanks for your review! As you might understand, extra EU shippings may have a cost under a certain threshold. You already used a free shipping code on your first order, and got a 10% discount for another purchase - however we cannot offer free shipping always, we regret. Lovely bracelet. The only issue was the back-order which I didn’t know, apparently was written somewhere that I didn’t notice so the waiting time was longer than usual. Once it was back in stock the shipping was fast and I am very pleased with the bracelet, wearing it non-stop since I got it :)

I was very happy with my purchase. The only down side was that it was delivered to a DHL locker (which was only around 7mins walk from me) but would have been more convenient if it came directly to my address.

It was my very 1st shopping experience with Nomination and it was such an easy and very smooth transaction. The website is very easy to use, the range of products are extensive and very beautiful and a good price 🤩 Once I had selected my items, the ease through the website to basket, shipping and payment was very smooth. The delivery details was very clear and I was constantly updated on my delivery date. When the goods arrived they were packaged very very well and the gift wrapping that came with it was lovely ☺️ The item itself was beautifully made and I am so happy with it.
