I wish the pictures of some of the charms were a bit clearer. Overall the nomination charms are great quality and easily recognizable from other companies.

The item I ordered, a September charm with sapphire birthstone did nit look as advertised. The sapphire within the item pictured on the website was a deep navy blue. The item when can had a dull grey stone. On contacting nomination I was told this was a defect, and on checking their stock, all had the same defect. Therefore any replacement would be imperfect with defective colour. No offer of return and refund.

The delivery was super fast, it arrived in just 4 days!! The bracelet itself was packaged carefully in its box and put in another package. The charm on the bracelet was very shiny and put exactly in the spot I wanted it to be at. Overall, I totally recommend ordering your jewellery online from the official Nomination site!

I paid Nomination’s highest engraving price, trusting their reputation for quality. The charms arrived with black smudges, uneven engraving, and sloppy finishing — nothing like the website photos. When I complained, their customer service was rude, dismissive, and completely unsupportive. They refused a refund or replacement, calling the flaws “slight imperfections” and only offering a useless discount code. For a brand that charges more for “better quality,” this was a huge disappointment. They do not stand behind their products and treat customers badly when issues arise. I will never buy from them again.

Ordered online, which was so easy to do, the price was very good, and when ordered, a couple of items were on 4 weeks, so i spoke on line and the help i got was brilliant, bracelet came within 4 days, and i was amazed by the quality. i will be definitely buying again as the service was outstanding.

Overall it was great. It was a birthday gift for a friend and she was delighted. The biggest issue I had was purchasing it from one country and having it delivered in another country. That was quite awkward which is the only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5. The product itself is lovely.
