I ordered the charms through Joshua James website and was particularly impressed with the speed they arrived. The design of the Mayan pyramid is beautiful 🙂

I ordered two bracelets from the Nomination Page. After a week I got a reply that one of the bracelets was out of the stock. I decided to choose another one. Next week I received the order. The second bracelet I received was missing some links (at least two pyramid links). It is even too small to put it on the wrist! After my mails the mistake was confirmed by the service which compared the picture taken before sending my order. The service promised to send me the missing links ASAP but for the second week I have no reply and they do not responde to my mails. I am very disapointed with this dishonest service.

Good morning, We regret to read your review but we're glad to help you. As informed via email, the missing links are been shipped today. You should receive the tracking number in the afternoon. Our orders are handmade and this has been an human mistake. The new parcel'll be received in the next days. Regards Giada from Nomination Staff

Thanks for the quick postage, just a shame the delivery driver squeezed the package through the letterbox which damaged the bag and the small box with the charm inside it. DHL are terrible.

Love my new Nomination charms. They were shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. Love the cute little boxes to put them in. I ordered 3 that will be used to start a bracelet for my grand daughter as she has enjoyed looking at mine.

I have nothing but positive comments. I ordered an engraved link and was prepared for it to take time but everything was actioned very quickly. I was kept advised of the progress of my order, tracked its journey from Italy to the UK and am SO delighted with the end result. Our engraved link is so beautiful, I will definitely use again.
