I liked the speed with which the product was sent and delivered. I liked the communications sent reporting the progress of the merchandise being sent. I did not like the extra fees for taxes, duty and the express courier that amounted to 100% of the charge for the product. These extra fees were a surprise as I assumed that the $10 standard shipping fee meant the package would be sent by normal post. What was the $10 for? Please alert your customers that there are extra costs incurred when making an international purchase online. I had to go on the DHL Express site to get the explanation of the charges.

Excellent I am extremely happy with my shopping experience. I ordered a rose gold double charm with an engraved message. I realised after ordering it that I wouldn’t receive it until after my wedding anniversary which is what it was for so I messaged customer services to ask if it could possibly be done sooner and the response I got was exceptional. Not only did the customer service team listen to me and were extremely polite and reasonable. Even though I was informed of the engraving process and policy and I was told it may not be possible but they said they would do what they could. They were very reasonable and nice. Within a week I had my order. I have never experienced online shopping as useful and easy as this. Exceptional staff and incredible customer service!
