Charm was lovely. Really impressed with the Fantasia Captain Hook charm, brightly coloured and well made. Packaged really well and arrived quickly. Would definitely order through nomination again.

I ordered three gifts to come in time for the birthday as the website said I would get it 1 day before my bestfriends birthday. Didn’t come until 4 days after. Terrible delivery. Will not be ordering online again!

Good morning, Thank you for your review. We regret to read your message. As stated on the web-site, our shipping times are 3/5 working days. Your order has been placed on Friday and it has been shipped on Thursday. Generally we are able to ship the orders within 3 working days but this is a particular period because our company has been closed 2 weeks due to the inventory of stock. Please, accept our apologies if you not received your order in time. I also suggest you for the next time to contact us via email if you need the parcel in a specific date. Ordered 12th Jan, item went Italy Germany France then Malta on 25th !!!! Unacceptable.

Good morning, Thank you for your review. The parcel has been delivered within 1 day from the moment of the shipment. (parcel shipped 24th, delivered 25th). In effect i notice that the tracking number shows a particular tour around many countries but i suppose this is a technical problem. The delay in shipment was due to the inventory of stock. Our company has been closed 14 days so we worked very hard to ship the parcel asap. Regards, Giada from Nomination Staff

Great products but very slow turnover from placing order to shipping.

As stated on the website we resumed the shipment on the 14/01 due to inventory closing. We inform all our customer about this delay at the "check-out" page. This means that we started to ship all the order received received from dec. 20th starting from the 14/01. Generally our shipping times are 3/5 working days. The charms are lovely but it took over 3 weeks for me to receive my order. When I emailed to complain the order then turned up the day after, I think I would still be waiting for my order now if I hadn't emailed customer services!

I understand it was over Christmas but delivery took a long time. This was not warned of in advance or not made clear.

Excellent product as usual. Whilst I expected delivery to be slower than usual because one item needed engraving and order was placed just before Christmas period, it took even longer because of 1 weeks stock take after the 2 weeks holiday, which was not advised on website and only notified after I sent email enquiring about timescales
