Says easy to return item but it’s not. Ignores your email so you can’t return it so it’s going in the bin and I won’t buy from nomination again. Lesson learnt.

I’ve been buying jewelry from this website for 20 years, and I absolutely love it! The quality is outstanding — the pieces never tarnish, scratch, or lose their shine, even after all these years. Incredibly slow shipping/ dispatch and when I ask for two gift wraps and two items that are the same - it is strange that the two items are linked together in one package when they arrive. Also the message on the gift card was done in a cheap and ugly way, printed on a label that was scewed, rendering them unusable.

Your order included a Composable Classic Link which, as stated on the website, was temporarily out of stock - that's the reason why it took a bit more than the expected, albeit the shipping times were clearly expressed at check out. However, I thought it was cheeky that I bought an extra link and instead of given me the link that should’ve been in the bracelet I bought you exchanged it. Therefore, I did not have a new link to start my new bracelet.
