Thank you for great products made in Italy. I have been a costumer for a while already. Great service. Very secure shipping. The only downfall is the website. It is very difficult to order. Very well done but very slow and sometimes make the purchase difficult. I love my bracelets as well as my granddaughters.

The ordering process was simple the only part I didn't like was the shutdown for stock taking.

The items available on the web-site are available also in our stock; anyway, we have more than 3.000 items on the online eshop and it's not easy for us to update the availability in real time. Generally happy with shopping experience although found site a little difficult to navigate. I knew the design I wanted as had previously found in brochure but found it difficult to find on site. Otherwise ordering process was straightforward and item arrived quicker than I thought it would. Did think that the packaging seemed a bit excessive for such a small item.

Online shop very easy to use. Email from the company to let me know they were very busy and my order may take a little longer to process. When I contacted them I received a very quick response and they also let me know when they were dispatched and when delivery would be. Pleased with my experience as I usually just go into a shop for them

I saw those earrings and necklace in duty free in Puerto Rico and for some reason I didn’t buy them. I found them online a week before my bday. And thought i will get them after. I couldn’t expect better service. With overnight shipping I have received my bday gift on time and I was able to wear it on a day of celebration. I was so happy and thankful! Notifications via email and sms were very very helpful and I am so glad I choose Nomination. Also it was very easy to order online, which is an important part. Thank you ❤️

Great company to deal with. I am located in the U.S. but purchased my bracelet when I was in Italy 10 years ago. I was devastated when it broke but was happy when I found the company online. I submitted my order and weeks later it arrived. They sent plenty of communication tracking my delivery.
