In the website it is said that the engraving can be up to 15 characters but in the end by email I was requested to cut it down to 6 characters. It also shows a "name name" and this is also not possible. So you advertising and selling through the website links that are not possible to be achieved.

Dear customer, thank you for your review. The incision is a new service that we do internally, and as with all new servicesl, it needs to be improved. The engraving work is performed by our laboratories on every single customer's request, and to avoid too small and illegible texts, our craftsmen they suggested to correct the writings in shorther name or letters. Apologizing for the inconvenience we gave you a discount of 20% on your next purchase and we offered assistance to our best. We care to inform you that if you didn't want to receive the order with different incisions, we would have been able to make the refund according to our sales policies. This is my second purchase from Nomination.com and I have been pleased with the service. My orders have arrived in good time. The only issue I have is with the website and viewing the links. You should be able to get the option to view it rather than the photo appearing whenever you hover over the link. Sometimes after viewing the link closer, when you go back it does not take you back to that link and you have to start your search again.
