Bracelet nice and great for a Christmas present. Quality control could be better as the features on the bracelet are badly misaligned, when spoken to customer service their excuse was it’s handmade lol.

I love the nomination charms. I've bought them for a few members of my family. I shop at my local store in st Stephens in Hull and for the charms I can't buy in store, I get online. The staff are always polite and helpful.

Online shopping is fine, however, wasn't kept up to date with progress of order and began to worry that site wasn't legit. However, when goods arrived, was very pleased with them.

The online shopping experience was good. I ordered 3 charms which were for different people which all came connected and I have struggled to separate so it would be better if they were all packaged separately

Shopping was easy. I found what I wanted easy. However at the checkout stage when asked if I wanted to add a Christmas box for an extra £2 I ticked yes thinking I’ll get a lovely little box. When my order arrived and there was no box I questioned it and was quickly told that the boxes are only for necklaces or bracelets, not just charms. But NO WHERE on the option when purchasing the box does it state this so now all I have is a piece of card that has a wonky stuck on label for my ‘to…merry Christmas’ etc and a bent bag. I emailed again to say how I feel this should be more clear on the website and never got a reply. Not happy

I had a wonderful experience with Nomination!! I placed a few different orders and corresponded with Francesca on a few questions i had. She was wonderful and so helpful! Love my new charms and " sure the gifts I am giving to others will be loved!!
