I would like to say that when buying a bracelet do not buy charms with it as they don’t give you the blank links incase you want to take charms off and replace. I bought 4 charms with the bracelet and I’m missing 4 blank links that would have been on the bracelet if u didn’t buy charms. Be careful when ordering !!!!

Had difficulty getting the website to load the correct items, but they arrived promply & appear ok, not fitted yet as a xmas present.

The emails were so kinds but the product doesn’t look like the conformation email they sent, it was a hard drawing so I expected it but I’d of liked if they told me it wasn’t going to look like that and I would of made something more simple <3

Terribly disappointing experience. The Swiss flag link for my spouse's nomination bracelet is grossly flawed. The panel with the flag emblem is way off-center on its setting. Shoddy craftsmanship. I wanted to return it, but was afraid a replacement would not arrive in time for Xmas (it is meant to be a gift) and didn't want to add to the already outrageous shipping cost. This is the 14th charm I have bought for the bracelet. It will be the last. Pat Montley

Got the watch charm was missing they said when I ordered it will come later as out of stock never received it but have payed for it so I had to go to shop and buy a charm bad customer service asking for photographs of the package when I had already double checked the charm wasn't in it and got rid of the packaging

I was kept informed of the tracking. When the item was delivered it gad been damaged in transit. Although it was more the fault of the Courier than the company, Nomination dealt with it quickly and efficiently. I'm so impressed with this service
