I would say brilliant in terms of delivery and the product itself, absolutely stunning the website doesn't do it justice. I don't want to leave this negative feedback however only downside is the website was still advertising a deal which had ended, i contacted customer services and was sent a link to terms & conditions and wasn't honoured the deal even though the website was still and continues to show this. Also please advertise or explain somewhere that you need a tool to change and alter the links as this was extremely difficult to complete with one person.

Most of the advertising is removed automatically. Some of the banners instead are removed manually by our Team and this can take just a few hours. In the event you continue to see active banners and advertisements, this surely depends on the cache present on your device. Especially if you have often browsed our site in the last few days. The terms and conditions of the promotions are binding, especially regarding timing. We cannot guarantee a customer the application of a promotion when it has already expired, otherwise we would have to do it for all customers who purchase on our site at the same time. - Concerning the tool: the majority of our customers are quite used to change Links manually. In fact, most of them feel more confident this way. The tool is however available on the website in case of need. I loved how easy it was to pick and pay for my watch. They send items far quicker than local traders do. I’d recommend going on their website as you can see everything they have and also any sales they have.

It was great I did receive my two items that I order. They were beautiful. I wish they had a store here in San Antonio Texas. I have a problem putting it back together. I guess I’m gonna have to go to another jewelry store. Maybe they could help me put it together thank you Ms Kathy Aguirre
