I think the charms and bracelet that I have purchase are first class, the deliveries all arrive in good time. If I could get a charm that relates to Sicily as I have been there a number of times I would certainly purchase those should they ever appear in your cataloge

Extremely disappointed and disillusioned ordered and paid for 4 charms on Christmas day. Numerous emails back and forth....STILL waiting for delivery!!

We would like to point out that the error on customs duties is attributable to DHL, with whom we have been in constant contact in the past few days to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Happy with the charm, however there delivery service and feedback was terrible, waiting over a month the receive the charm with no correspondence from anyone, nomination or delivery company. Forgot all about the charm when it did actually arrive. Would not recommend them, go to Argento in town

Ordering was easy. Delivery was given at the time as there was a delay with it being Christmas. Delivered on time was package well and really pleased with what I’d ordered. Will definitely be using again. Thank you Nomination
