Took 4 weeks for my order to arrive, when I ordered it said 10 days. Had to email and ask what was going on as no updates on your order are given. The email I received back still didn't give any time frame of when I would receive the order. The items I ordered were nice but the customer service and time it took for the order to come were not acceptable. I expected a better service.

I ordered and it can exactly as I ordered it. The bracelet is high quality. The charms are beautiful. I wish they had a charm for each of the U.S.A. states so i could collect those on my bracelet.

This composable bracelet is gorgeous and met all of my expectations. It is just perfect for my daughter and we can't wait to add more charms. The shipping to the U.S. was extremely fast and arrived in less time than estimated. Removing a link to make it a better fit was not difficult. Highly recommend!
