I purchased a man's bracelet for my Husbands birthday, I have tried to get some charms for it on the website and they have informed me it is a tiny charm bracelet and they no longer make the charms!!! I am extremely unhappy about this as I would never have bought the bracelet if I knew they were going to dicontine the charms! The customer service person has told me I should have bought the bigger bracelet but how are you supposed to know that from their website! Even more annoying is that this bracelet is still on their website even though you cannot get charms for it! My recommendation would be purchase from a nomination shop as nomination Italy's website is misleading!
