Easy to order. Charms arrived and we attached to bracelet. Didn’t expect or want that. Apparently my fault as it said they would on the bracelet. Wrote and was given tube link to get them off. Couldn’t and still can’t get them off the said bracelet. Not at all happy with this after service

Your order included a Composable Classic Link which, as stated on the website, was temporarily out of stock at the time of purchase - and which shipment was granted within 3 weeks. Your parcel, specifically, was dispatched after 10 days. We regret for this being late but all our items are handcrafted and once they go out of stock a bit of time is needed to produce them again. I recently purchased 3 x links and received a complimentary bracelet. The links were going to be for Christmas presents however they've all been added to the bracelet (I wanted to receive the link separately). Can I please be sent the little envelopes for the 3 x links so I am able to gift them as Christmas presents? Thank You
