I have to wear a medical bracelet and now I can also wear it as jewellery. Love the fact I can add links when I need to as my hands and wrist swell. I also use my links as a ring when my wedding band does not fit me. I already have my eye on a few new links. Delivery was quick. Thank you.

Beautiful bracelet and charms for my daughters 18th birthday present. Will be ordering more for Christmas. My only suggestion would be to allow the option of adding more than 1 card and gift bag at check out. As I ordered 2 different presents at once and could only get 1 card and gift bag.

Wont be ordering again Im afraid. And I could have registered a 0 star I would have! HUGE issues with delivery, which were not helped at all by comms between myself, yourselves and DHL. I have deliveries to my home weekly with all other services within Spain who deliver to my home address without issue. This was a nightmare. I certainly won't be ordering from you again and actually I feel sad a stunning piece of jewellery I was given by way of recognition has been marred by the experience of not being able to replace links without the tool I ordered. It will probably never be worn!

Item was damaged and not as expected. Wanted the Matt blue version of the bracelet but apparently you can’t get that online. Have returned and waiting for refund

Dear Helen, we regret reading your review. Of course all our items need to be received in perfect conditions. We did provide you anyway with all the instructions to proceed with the return in order to make a check on the quality, besides swapping the standard blue bracelet with the blue Mat one. Please consider that our Configurator is a quite heavy plugin and it's not that fast or easy to update it with all the new bracelet bases - this takes a bit of time. We are however more than happy to assist and to make changes to all orders, if you need, before they are shipped out- so that all our customers receive precisely what they want. Easy to order and it was delivered quickly and efficiently. However, £10 delivery charge is a lot for a very small charm which costs £24.

The quality of the bracelets are amazing! However, if you wish to order from the US, don’t count on exchanging/returning. The cost to send back to Nomination to exchange/return would cost more than one of the bracelets.

Happy with the nomination charm. Although I thought the postage charge was expensive in the bigger scheme of things and there was no option to choose a cheaper postage option.

Regretfully, we don't have the chance at the moment to lower shipping costs, as these depend on duties and taxes we bear at customs (which are calculated on the price of items shipped and not size).
