I am pleased with what I received but a little concerned about the longevity of the charms because when I gave them to my partner he noticed the gem had fallen out of one of the existing charms on the bracelet and when he contacted Nomination nothing could be done. So I'm hoping these charms are designed to last.

In accordance with current legislation, Nomination replaces at no additional cost any item that has conformity / production defects up to 2 years from the date of purchase, provided that the product is accompanied by a stamped and signed purchase receipt and / or warranty. I am absolutely in love with my Charm Bracelet! I had one when I was younger and I was so happy to purchase 19 custom charms that all mean something special to me to wear around everyday now as an adult! I’m so glad I made the investment. This is going to be something I never take off and will cherish for the rest of my life! I was also very impressed with the large collection of different charms they had and thoroughly enjoyed picking out all 19! I’m planning on ordering another bracelet to be able to collect a new charm whenever I go somewhere on vacation to be able to bring that memory with me everywhere! Being from Canada I love the idea of having a piece of my Italian ancestry with me everywhere I go! Thank you so much, this bracelet truly means the world to me!! :)

I’ve been buying nomination charms for years now, I now purchase directly from the store in Italy. They provide excellent service. The engraving is lovely and the charms are wonderful! I have two bracelets, one with 15 charms for trips and the other is a family one! I still have room for more and recently started a bracelet for my sister-in-law! Thank you
