Disappointing to see that if you order more than one charm it’s assumed that they are to be gifted together and just one presentation box is supplied. It would be good to see at check out an option of adding in additional presentation boxes, up to the volume of charms that you’ve ordered

The website is easy to move around once you get the idea how it works. My purchases were all composite bracelets or charms. It would be good if you could see the actual size of the links as it may make a difference to what you pick and therefore less disappointed when it arrives and it's not how you imagined it. They are beautiful bracelets and lovely charms.

My delivery was quick! Abit disappointed in the 60 charm as it looks like there’s excess glue on the charm so it looks messy. Sad about it because it’s for my Mam

I ordered 2 braclets which were quickly dispatched, however , I never got them but that was the fault if the delivery Company not Nomination. I informed Nomination and a new order was processed immediately and sent by express delivery. The products arrived and I was very pleased with them . They are gold stacker bracelets.

Very happy with the bangles I purchased from Nomination, I love that they have different sizes as I have skinny wrists and the smaller size fits me perfectly and the medium fits my daughters bigger wrists better. We can wear them with our Nomination charm bracelets too they look great together. Fast delivery and well packaged. I would highly recommend Nomination jewellery it’s absolutely beautiful.

I would give zero stars if possible. The product is unacceptable, and the customer service is even worse. I rarely write reviews, but this experience forces me to. I ordered SeiMia earrings that arrived bent and broken, packed only in a flimsy plastic bag with no protection. Additionally, I bought two charms that are supposed to be compatible, yet one didn’t fit at all due to its shape. The website images are misleading—these charms are tiny, not as shown. When I requested a full refund (not a voucher), I’ve been waiting over a week with no resolution. This is utterly disappointing.

We haven’t given the present yet. But i would like to share that the courier put it in my brothers garden, with no note, and with no one having signed for it. We didn’t find it for a couple days as we didn’t know it was there. I felt it was pretty irresponsible. Not your fault obviously, but figured you would like to know.
