Item was perfect however I order gift wrapping and a card to go with it. The card with the gift message was not in the account package and my mum was quite disappointed.

I am very happy with your service. The bracelets were delivered on time as stated. My question is can you remove a Link and make it smaller? It is too big for my granddaughter. Love the quality and charm.

An easy-to-use website with some very pretty jewellery and really great service. I've had several composable links from Nomination, and they are all very good, but I do wish they would supply a tool to get the links on to the bracelet without breaking your nails!

Excellent delivery and service but unfortunately once the bracelet arrived one of the springs had gone in one of the clasps, I haven't bothered to send back or ask for a refund as we have some spare clasps with it anyway to change it so overall I'm fairly happy with the purchase. Just a shame to be gifting a broken bracelet to my mum for her big 50th birthday. She was happy with it though.

My sister and I use our Nomination bracelets to document our memories. We always buy 2: one for each of us. And, when we exchange, we talk and remember the event we are memorializing with our charms!

I bought two charms and received a free bracelet. Both charms were attached to the bracelet, but I wanted each charm for a gift for different friends and would have liked each charm wrapping separately. I only had the cloth bag for one gift and nothing for the other. A little disappointing.

Thought I would have had next day delivery with a £10 delivery charge but not to be. After further investigation I would have received free shipping by other suppliers, lesson learnt! I also paid fro it to be put in a birthday bag and message. Had to wrap myself so overall a poor experience. Product itself was satisfactory.

All our items are shipped from Italy and the £10.00 shipping fee is necessary to face the custom taxes and duties we bear at customs. We really hope this will change in the future.
