Great service and quick delivery, I ordered 2 charms for my daughters birthday, one from myself and the other a present from her Grandad, when the charms arrived they were in the same packet and attached together, which caused a problem as the only person who is able to get them apart is my daughter who the charms were for!!!

Great selection of charms as always. Loved the sweet 16 charm. In addition, speedy delivery and great customer service when I had an issue with invoice matching shipping documents. All of this adds up to me coming back time and time again.

Well I ordered two bracelets and the site would only allow me to order one gift bag. I requested in the order that I get two gift bags, I fully wanted to pay but this was ignored. I now have to purchase a gift bag which is not nomination! Not happy after purchasing two bracelets.
