This was a gift for a friends birthday. I was shocked at the postage cost to the UK and grateful of the offer to get free postage in exchange for my data (for a newsletter). However there is no clear, easy way to unsubscribe from this. The charm arrived in time and I had tracking information for the shipment. The charm is very small. If this wasn't a present I would never have spent all this on such a small item.

Amazing service! Ordered my mother a bracelet for her birthday and realised it was wrong and they helped me get the extra links in time for her to still have the present for her birthday!

I was very happy with my purchase but it was for three separate charms, two of which were gifts to different people, but I could only order 1 gift card and gift bag, there was no option to order more tgan one set. Apart from that the three charms came linked to each other which was a problem for me to separate as a beginner! I could have done with more options as to what I needed, otherwise, my best option would have been to buy the charms separately in different orders.

I though expensive delivery for such a tiny item. Packaging left something to be desired...this was a gift and so small.i could wrap it. The product itself was lovely though and delivery was at least quick.

We bought the nomination watch with the mother of Pearl face and it’s beautiful, we also bought 2 charms and they were lovely to and good quality, very happy with our purchase!!
