Love the charms and there is a huge selection to choose from. Would like to have a search option that enables you to be more specific about what you are looking for and the ability to load more items per page. Easy to order and reliable delivery although I did place an order quite close to Mothers Day and had to pay £10 for guaranteed delivery in time for Mothers Day. However, my purchase was not a gift for Mothers Day and I did not need it to arrive that quickly but was not given any other option for delivery.

The ring I ordered as a gift for my granddaughter is beautiful and she loves it. Size-wise, it was perfect and it is a lovely companion to her Nomination bracelet. It came in a very nice box too.

Nice website where you can find your products easily. The only thing that would make it even more better is if there are photos in your wishlist, now there’s only a discription. Very quick delivery and wrapped up well. Would buy here again.

I love the charm, it’s the delivery service you use I paid for express delivery and it took 8 days to arrive. This was a present and arrived late. So because of the delivery service won’t be using again.

Your order was dispatched 2 working days after it was placed and, according to the tracking, DHL made a delivery attempt within 48h. It is true that after that they struggled to complete the delivery, and we do apologize for that, but we can grant you this is an unlucky exception, as their deliveries are usually quite fast.
