My.niece loved the bracelet. The website could be improved as it is difficult to know the cost of the initial bracelet.

I bought a bracelet with the mothers day charms. I didn't want the recipt sent with the bracelet as it was a gift. Customer service contacted me promptly and sent the recipt to me via email 5 star customer service, the bracelet arrived promptly and I was contacted about delivery. My Mum adored her bracelet, it arrived assembled which was great, the quality is excellent and the best thing is, they are suitable for all price ranges. I was so impressed I ordered one myself, bit I ordered from a jewellers and it came all separate, so I have had to order the tool to put it all together which was a little disappointing.

The ordering process was simple and straightforward. The delivery time was reasonable. However, when opening my package, I noticed that I was 2 items. Although this was disappointing, customer services were great. Carolina was very helpful and resolved my issue promptly.

After spending £130 just on charms 6 in total I got 2 boxes I have the bracelet already but with the price of each charm I would have expected a box for each. It's for my daughter's 16th Birthday and now she will have 3 presents and the charms don't even fit in the box slot so they won't stay in place. Not happy at all. The charms are lovely.

Prompt service. I did not like the fact that I bought four charms and received all of them joint together and only 2 boxes. These were separate gifts from separate people so we had to improvise for the gift box.

I was given my first Nomination bracelet for my 70th Birthday, I loved it and I am slowly adding different links, you do have to keep it loose fit or the links Do pinch the skin which is painful, they are reasonably priced and are stainless steel so do not tarnish, my daughter has purchased a bracelet too.

An item from my order was missing and it took both a WhatsApp and an email before customer service contacted me. When I finally contacted i had to send a picture off the missing item. Issue was finally resolved but still awaiting the missing item.
