They were well packaged when they arrived and looked like exactly what I ordered. Had a great experience overall despite the fact that they took 2-3 weeks to come but that's understandable due to circumstances at the moment with Covid. Would have given 5 stars but the lack of communication about where my order was (

Excellent service. The Nomination charms arrived, from Italy within 7 days of my order. I ordered goods from a company here in the UK on the same day and 10 days later I'm still waiting for the goods!!!

Ordered well in advance for daughters 40th birthday. I didn’t receive any notification that there was a problem or delay in delivery. I had to contact them via email to ask when the charm would be delivered. I received it after her birthday and then had to wrap and post it onto her. Very disappointed.
