The website doesn’t inform you if a item is in-stock on not, therefore if you pay for quick delivery, you may not actually receive your item for weeks. I complained about this and didn’t receive a reply.

I ordered 3 charms for a watch I have and rather pleasingly qualified for a free bracelet. Very sadly when my three charms arrived, Nomination had put them into the bracelet. I have no idea why. this wasn't requested and with the swapping of charms being a pain, I now have to wait 3 weeks until I can travel to a stockist to change them over (my own attempts have been futile). The charms are sweet and delivery excellent but this lack of thought has made my life very difficult.

Asked 3 different nomination stores U.K. if I could order the charm each came back with it’s no longer stocked or not available I reached out on instagram I was given the correct code and was able to buy online Very happy customer thank you

Easy to navigate the website and the paying section was easy as well. My order came with my items attached to each other which was excellent and saved me a job. Always kept updated with the delivery and came in perfect time.

It took a bit of time for me to find exact composable link I was looking for. There are so many! However, once found ordering was easy. Delivery excellent, next day! My lady was very pleased with the gift. She is happy so l am happy.

The website experience was great, delivery was fast and everything was invoiced straight away. This was my first time using the company and I found that the product should be delivered with a bag inside to put the charm in as this was not suitable as a present for someone unlike other jewellery website I use. This made me feel quite embarrassed to give this a present.
