Good web site, products are easy to find and order. Update information regarding tracking of delivery is excellent.

Delivery took longer than expected. The link came very poorly presented. A box is the least a paying customer expects, not a small piece of cardboard. I will not be purchasing from nomination again.

Would have been a higher rated review however ordered 2 items as separate presents & they arrived attached together with only one gift package. Disappointing.

The ordering process was easy. Communication was fine except I got an email saying my order was put on hold and to contact either yourselves or the delivery company, I did both.... dhl couldn't help me and I got a reply from you saying that its and automatic email... why? Theres no need to panic your customers for no reason. It arrived on time and well packaged but the engraving all looked squashed on it and some of the black paint was missing from the string of the balloon. Overall I wasnt happy with the charm that I had paid £37 for. I had to gift it the next day so cant return it. I emailed to say all this and the reply I got was a 20% off my next order code.... theres no way I'll be ordering from yourselves again I'll go to my local stockists of nomination instead.

Bought 4 charms , all cane linked together . I have struggled to separate them . Not enough individual boxes for each charm . Took quite a long time to arrive

When I couldn't find what I wanted I messaged Nomination, I received a reply with a link to the item I wanted. I bought and received it within a week, well done Nomination!

Delivery was fairly quick and items well packaged although the large plastic bag could have been half the size especially in these times of trying to reduce on plastics.
