We love the charm bracelet and the ease of building it on online. It was difficult to deliver to United States while living in Portugal. I’ve tried to order additional tiles to ship to United States and can not.

I ordered two charms but missed the Christmas cut off. Whilst I was aware of this I did not receive any updates to say when they would be dispatched. Oddly when I messaged the team to find out when they would be sent the charms arrived in the post. Despite the dispatch hic cup My wife is very happy with the charms that she has now added to her bracelet.

I have to say I ordered my products a long time before Christmas ready to be a gift, however I have had to chase this up numerous times, and finally received the gifts weeks after Christmas Day, much to having a very disappointed child due to it not arriving! The speed of the service was extremely slow

I thought I was buying a charm but to my surprise I bought a bracelet and a charm. Fortunately I have two grand daughters so I will be starting a bracelet for her. I like the product and look forward to doing more business each year on their birthdays. I would suggest you make the purchased items clearer. Thanks!
