Com a nominattion tudo correu bem. Já com a transportadora não podia ter sido pior. Não entregaram da primeira vez, após muito custo vieram entregar, mas mais valia que não viessem, porque foi bastante agressivo e grosseiro, utilizando palavras feias no seu discurso, senti-me insultada, não voltarei a fazer encomendas devido a este facto.

There is so much to choose from. It's great. I ordered 6 composable charms and they were delivered way before their estimated delivery date. Fantastic!

Shopping was easy, and the earrings arrived right when expected. They are so pretty, and I get so many compliments on them. The only downside is the the type of closure on the back is quite difficult, and is almost impossible to do yourself since you can't see it. Otherwise, spectacular!

I placed a late online order for composable bracelet and links a few days before Christmas, not expecting it to arrive in time. To my amazement it turned up on Christmas Eve so thank you very much for such a quick turnaround all the way from Italy. Great service at such a busy time.

Unfortunately sent the wrong charm. I live in Australia and got it delivered to my friend in Ireland and when she sent me a photo to thank me I realised she had received the wrong charm. But quick delivery etc which was good. Thank you

Florence charm was beautiful, was a gorgeous gift, the only thing i would say was there was too much packaging and plastic, pls consider the environment .
