Gift card came crunched, bent and unpresentable. Can’t really present it as a gift. Would not buy a physical version again. The website is very difficult to navigate.

If I could give it 0 stars i would, customer service shocking! Ordered an item then got an email a week later to say it was out of stock (still showed in stock online) said it would be back the following week and would be sent out, a week passed and I had had no dispatch email, contacted customer services and they said it was due to be dispatched in the next couple of days, a week passed still nothing so contacted customer service again! Finally got sent out the next day. Will not be ordering online ever again!

Dear Customer we regret to read your review but i'm glad to explain why your parcel has been delivered after many days. We have more than 2000 composable links and we receive every day new pieces by our aboratories. It's not easy to disable the links because the stock changes every day. We inform you about the delay 5 days after the purchase. Our laboratories informed us about the new stock every day but it's possible that the pieces created are not enough to cover the request. Our links are handmade so we need a specific time to create each link. At the same time this is a very particular period because it's christmas time. We're working very hard to ship all the orders asap. Regards Giada

This was my first time using Nomination and found processing/shipping slow. Perhaps the Christmas period was to blame BUT the company should really prepared for that. Anyway, the product is of high quality and will order again. Overall happy with the product etc. Regards Alastair

I have tried to return the item I bought and have been told I can’t return until after 7/1/20. I have paid this money out and the item is not suitable but I can’t get my money back to buy another until the middle of January. Also very slow in replying to emails or queries.
