I am very satisfied with the 3 links and the speed of the delivery. But I am.really disappointed with the packaging and the free bracelet. I have ordered from Nomination earlier also and then the links came in a cartoon jewel box but now in a piece of paper and a broken cartoon sack where from they fall out. The promised free bracelet was a newborn baby size with 11 links. Why do you give a free present what can not be used ?

I am disappointed that I ordered 2 gifts and received the free bracelet but have only received 1 package so I now have gifts for christmas with no packaging. I have also emailed my concerns a week ago and had no response. Poor customer service I'm afraid.

I bought a gift voucher for a family member, knowing this couldn’t be used on the high street. The recipient couldn’t use the voucher on the website. The mobile website kept crashing out at the checkout The desktop site kept accepting and applying the voucher onto the invoice, but couldn’t accept it as a method of payment. The recipient had to email Nomination and have their order placed manually by a member of customer service staff. Next time I’ll give them cash.

Good morning we regret to read your review and see you gave us 1 star only. The gift card code worked correctly but it has to be used in the correct field at the check-out. We also helped your friend step by step and we placed the order for him. We regret if the experience has not been positive for you. Item is great and came within reasonable time. However there should be an option to deliver to store for customer pickup, as it was a nightmare getting my delivery from DHL when no one is home during the day!
