The extension bracelet is beautiful and absolutely adored by my daughter. It is wider than many bracelets sold by Nomination and is gorgeous. There was an initial delay in sending it but the company ensured that they used express delivery to get it to us in the end.

I purchased this link with an engraving but unfortunately I misunderstood when I ordered so my charm (which is a Christmas gift for my mother) is incorrect. I understand it is non returnable bit I think the web page could be more clear. I typed in my daughters name twice as there are 2 lines for text. I think the second line should be more clear that it is a second line of text as I assumed it was to confirm the first line. Disappointed
