Excellent service. Ordering was easy and delivery was so fast. It arrived so much faster than items ordered from jewellers in England. I will certainly use this site again.

Happy with my shopping experience, fast delivery although when my parcel arrived there was way too much unnecessary packaging for what I'd ordered which then came in more packaging from the delivery company.

The website was easy to use, clear to navigate and information sent on delivery time scales accurate. definitely use this service again.

I've only just started collecting nomination composable links and so checked out the Nomination website. I placed my order and was impressed by the seed, the packaging and the products purchased.

Whilst I am satisfied with the products & the efficient service I am extremely disappointed with the packaging, I ordered one big link & one classic link as gifts for two different people. They have been packed together in the same pouch & only one box has been provided therefore leaving me with a link & nothing to put it in. I am aware that there was the option to purchase gift bags at an extra cost of £2 each but I did not want these. I fully expected that such a prestigious company would have supplied each charm in individual pouches or boxes. It just does not come across as being a very professional way of presenting your product.

We not received any request about the packaging and, as you wrote in the review, there is also an option at the check-out that permit to add the gift box.
