Placed an order recently for a nomination charm. The shipping was quicker than I thought considering it was coming from Italy to the U.K. When arrived and checked, the product was exactly as explained when I ordered. And I was kept up to date throughout the full shipping process. An excellent and helpful company which I will definitely use again in future. Thank you for a lovely shopping experience.

My only complaint is that the website is not that easy to navigate. You have to be very specific when finding charms/links and then do not always find them.
