I ordered three gifts to come in time for the birthday as the website said I would get it 1 day before my bestfriends birthday. Didn’t come until 4 days after. Terrible delivery. Will not be ordering online again!

Your order has been placed on Friday and it has been shipped on Thursday. Generally we are able to ship the orders within 3 working days but this is a particular period because our company has been closed 2 weeks due to the inventory of stock. Please, accept our apologies if you not received your order in time. I also suggest you for the next time to contact us via email if you need the parcel in a specific date. Ordered 12th Jan, item went Italy Germany France then Malta on 25th !!!! Unacceptable.

Good morning, Thank you for your review. The parcel has been delivered within 1 day from the moment of the shipment. (parcel shipped 24th, delivered 25th). In effect i notice that the tracking number shows a particular tour around many countries but i suppose this is a technical problem. The delay in shipment was due to the inventory of stock. The charms are lovely but it took over 3 weeks for me to receive my order. When I emailed to complain the order then turned up the day after, I think I would still be waiting for my order now if I hadn't emailed customer services!

I understand it was over Christmas but delivery took a long time. This was not warned of in advance or not made clear.

Excellent product as usual. Whilst I expected delivery to be slower than usual because one item needed engraving and order was placed just before Christmas period, it took even longer because of 1 weeks stock take after the 2 weeks holiday, which was not advised on website and only notified after I sent email enquiring about timescales

I ordered my item on 6th January using a gift card that I got for Christmas. I have never shopped directly with Nomination before and was disappointed to see that they didn’t have as much choice as other retailers. On 11th January I contacted customer services as I had not received any correspondence regarding my order. I spoke to a lady who told me that she couldn’t even look to see if I had placed an order never mind tell me if it had been dispatched yet. As customer services I would assume that this is something they would be help with but no I was told that they couldn’t help me at all. I then emailed customer services and received a reply a few days later saying that they had been closed for Christmas so no items had been posted. I did not see any mention of this on the website and there was nothing on my email when I did eventually receive confirmation of my order. My item was then delivered 22nd January, a total of 16 days after ordering. This would not have been a problem if I had been made aware. Very poor customer service.
