I added 2 charms to my basket and automatically a jewellery box was added which stated *FREE*. However when I checked my receipt I had been charged for the jewellery box. When I contacted the company they said it wasn’t free just down to £10 instead of £25. Very misleading! Please be aware of this and check your basket!

The customer was able to remove the item from the shopping bag. At the same time, we refunded the price of the Jewellery box as you requested. We advertised the promotion as it was! Usually good product and service, but this time needed a refund, and the process although polite was rather slow (weeks).
