I didn't realise that my order was coming from Italy. I hope it fit my friends bracelet.

I love these charms as both myself, daughter & granddaughter have a nomination bracelet however I do find the £10 delivery charge very steep.

From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience,the delivery was rapid to say it came from abroad,the items I purchased were very nice and very appropriate for the occasion,I was very pleased with the discount from the black Friday sales. These charms are of very high quality and when replacing a link to put the new charm on your bracelet eventually you can make another one from your links. Thanks very much nomination I will be using this company very regularly for their fascinating products.

Awful they have said it was delivered by DHL and it's not been found ,they are now arguing over wherewithal was delivered too I am out by over £100 and want it fully refunded or another set it's a special Xmas present,they offered 25%discount on another ,so obviously they think it's gone wrong.I m reporting them to consumer council .

Products are lovely however service not great. Only came with one gift bag with I paid for no option to add more on. So two gifts missing packaging. When I emailed I was told more would be sent if I placed another order. I didn’t want anything else as had already purchased. Eventually agreed to send out one more gift bag. Still awaiting arrival. When ordering nomination jewellery from John greed packaging is automatically sent and charm arrive in separate packaging.

I love Nomination bracelets! This one is for my son who is going travelling and he doesn't have to take it off. Looks fantastic and adds a bit of Italian flare

Great gifts-love Nomination charms. Purchased 4 charms as separate gifts with request to be kept separate.received linked together,I am unable to unlink (easy for most/not me )will have to go to a stockist hence 4 stars.
