Very helpful service when credit card payment failed and order was submitted three times before payment was processed. You have an excellent product that my wife loves. Her anniversary gift has been very well received. I spelled out her full name after getting her initial on its own last year. Thank you very much for all your help.

I found your web site really difficult to negotiate. Finding individual links for bracelet was a nightmare. The necklace I ordered was not there one day then there the next, very time consuming. My previous order for which I had a gift voucher was a complete muddle as there were two codes sent to my husband who passed on the wrong one to me so I had to pay full price for the links I wanted. Your customer service was very good at helping me sort that one out but would not credit the voucher against that order hence I had to place another order for the necklace.

Love my new links. The only improvement can be made on the website when you view a specific link and then go back to the main page it takes you back to the start of the page and not where you left off.

I ordered 2 hearts a got a female symbol. it was a gift thankfully she saw the humor and is keeping it as a conversation piece!!!

I was only informed about 2 days before shipping that one of the items I had ordered was not in stock, this was 2 weeks after the order was placed. It would have been more helpful if I was informed sooner.

My first order didn't go through and so I had to contact Customer Services. Giada in Florence(?) came back to me quickly to confirm my order status and to advise what I should do next and also confirmed my subsequent order was successful. Our exchange of emails were quick and resolved to full satisfaction and I found Giada to be super helpful.

Fantastic delivery from Italy for our charm links. Web site could be improved with selection based on item number from their catalog to make it quicker to find the one you want.
