I love Nomination jeweley and all the pieces i have. I was in italy recently and bought several pieces. When I got home I wanted the lapis bracelet and ring and opal ring so i ordered from your site. Alk was perfect except the lapis bracelet that had a stone that was not the pretty brilliant blue of the ring. I sent a picture to customer service because i was not happy with it. They responded that stones varied. Its not one that i would have selected.

The customer service is very good. It was not my first order and I can confirm that the announced shipping deadlines are adhered to. What I found complicated is to find the appropriate shop when purchasing in one country and ordering to another. It is frustrating to find that out in the end and that you have to start from the beginning.

It was delayed at the beginning with my receiving no information other than confirmation of my order I had to chase what was happening with shipping my phoning to find out.

I was unable to find, on my own, a specific charm. After inquiring through the "Contact" option, I was shown the specific charm I was seeking. So glad I asked for what I could not find on my own.

I live in The US and placed my order 10/31/2024. The ordering process was simple enough. My problem? I haven't received my order yet and today is 11/17/2024. I have contacted DHL to get an ETA. My package has been in Greensboro NC since 11/8/2024. Customer Svc Reps for DHL keep giving me the same excuses. Recent storm made delivery time longer. I would believe that but the storm was 9/27/2024 and I live in a heavy hit area of that storm. The roads are open. There is simply no excuse for the slow delivery time, especially to sit in one area for 8 days. I fear they have lost my package. These bracelets were for my sister and 2 of her best friends that have had a very difficult year. I wonder now if I will ever get them. So. Nomination was great and easy. Their delivery service is awful. I hope they respond to my most recent email. Once o receive my package or get an updated status on the delivery, I will update my rating. Thank you.
