My shopping experience was excellent. Regular updates as to the processing of my order. Unfortunately the delivery was appalling. The delivery driver left my parcel in a blue bin which was not mine. I contacted the delivery company but due to GPDR could not inform me as to where my parcel had been delivered to.

This shop is amazing and my go to for charms from now on! The charms are well made and beautiful. Customer service is also great! I had a question and it was answered in a timely manner with solid info. My items arrived extremely quick and packaged well. It took only five days to ship to the US which I was shocked bc it’s taken longer to get my items from Cali than it was from Italy. I highly recommend this shop for all your charm needs.

Love everything about nominations with one exception. Would love to be able to purchase just a composite bracelet without having to add a charm. But besides that, the jewelry is beautiful and it arrives so quickly!

I would say brilliant in terms of delivery and the product itself, absolutely stunning the website doesn't do it justice. I don't want to leave this negative feedback however only downside is the website was still advertising a deal which had ended, i contacted customer services and was sent a link to terms & conditions and wasn't honoured the deal even though the website was still and continues to show this. Also please advertise or explain somewhere that you need a tool to change and alter the links as this was extremely difficult to complete with one person.

Most of the advertising is removed automatically. Some of the banners instead are removed manually by our Team and this can take just a few hours. I loved how easy it was to pick and pay for my watch. They send items far quicker than local traders do. I’d recommend going on their website as you can see everything they have and also any sales they have.
