My experience with Nomination was nice and easy. I really appreciate the cost most of all.

When I first logged in, I was not directed to the USA site which caused problems. Eventually I logged off and shut down and logged back in and only then did it direct me accordingly. After that it was very easy to place my order. I do think that the tool to help remove the links should be included - I needed one but finally figured out how to do without it. I love the bracelet and look forward to my trip to Italy to buy more charms.

I was dealt with certain efficiently and my ask was delivered perfectly. I would suggest that you review your policy around having to buy a charm with every purchase of a bracelet you make and have a policy maybe that if you spend over a certain amount this should not apply. I like to gift these bracelets but don't always want to spend a huge amount on a present so allow other people to purchase the charms.

Bought two charms, shopping experience was great, easy to find what I wanted and purchase. One charm was perfect, however the other came with a mark on it. I tried to wipe it but nothing was working. Ended up having to give it to my niece with the mark as it was a birthday present and no time to return. X

I purchased on of the links for a friends birthday present. Initially I had some misgivings. One was whether it would arrive in time and the other was the price and item I was buying. Until this moment, I had never heard of Nomination Jewellery, so had no idea what I was getting into. So, I dived in and made my order for a sheep link. There was two to choose from, one a little gold cloud with legs and the other a black/white silver enamel type which looked a bit cartoonish. We ordered the cartoonish one. When we got to the checkout, we had a code for free delivery which would have been about £10.50 ish. That code made all the difference to us buying it and so it was ordered. Now, this was coming from Italy and we had been given free standard delivery so we hoped it would arrive in a week. Just in case, we purchased a fallback present in case it didn't arrive on time. So here is where everything starts to go great. The package arrived in two days, that's order-day one, sit waiting-day two, arrived morning day three! And that was standard courier delivery? Superb service. Next, we opened the package to check all was correct and got a lovely surprise. The item was well packaged and had extra packaging to use for presenting it. The workmanship was beautiful, with the colours and shape of the sheep showing really well. Sure the link is small but after seeing it in the flesh so to speak, that adds to it's attractiveness. We were well pleased with our purchase, so much so that I am considering starting a bracelet for myself to represent my life and the things I have done. I can honestly say, that anyone taking the leap like we did, will not be disappointed. I like the way the decoration on the tiles is done in precious metal. As for the bracelet itself, I can see the benefit of it being stainless steel but I struggle with it not being available in Gold or Silver. The main benefit being the strength and robustness of stainless steel as opposed to Silver or Gold. All in all, a very nice and interesting purchase which should last a lifetime and, if it's created as a story of your life, then a great personal family heirloom for the kids.

I bought a gift card for my daughter for her birthday. She was happy with it. It was quite an easy way to purchase a gift card. However it would be nicer if looked more like a gift card & you could print it off.

Superb range of charms etc. Excellent prices and swift delivery. Cant fault anything. Thank you. My granddaughter was delighted with her bracelet and charm and also other members of the family purchased charms to add to her bracelet.
