My shopping experience was fantastic. I am out of the country but have ordered in the past. This time it was very easy to submit my order and it arrived in a timely fashion. I asked that the links be connected in the correct name order and they were. Awesome!

The shopping and delivery were easy, the only complaint I had, was that the 2 charms I ordered for my Daughters birthday came joined together. The charms were supposed to be separate gifts and I was unable to separate them. Very minor, but it would be easier if they had come separated from each other. Thank you

The bangle I ordered didn’t fit so I contacted customer service to find out about a refund, I was given an address in Italy to return it to. It took some sorting out but I have returned it today so I’m hopeful I will get the refund requested

One of the charms came damaged with multiple scratches. I cannot find where to return the damaged charm and request a new one.

From the extensive collection on the website, I ordered a watch with four special links. It arrived in good time, but I needed to add a link as the strap was too tight. Opening the strap was fine, adding one link was impossible. I contacted support, they referred me to online videos which I had seen already and that did not help. I asked about a tool to help me, and customer service pointed me to the page where I could order one. On an expensive piece of jewellery that is marketed for its personalisation options, this "tool" should be included and should not be separate. The plastic "tool" did very little to resolve my "add one link" difficulty. In my efforts to get the strap back together, I had broken a link. On contacting customer service again, they suggested I take it to a jeweller's. It is lucky that I had one nearby that sells this product. It is a nice watch, and I'm sure I'll enjoy it for years to come. However, the difficulty with the links will stop me from recommending it to others.

Fantastic shopping experience. I love being able to create the product on screen to see how it will look. The delivery process was very good, with updates provided. Quality and beautiful design, my mum was delighted with her gift.
