Product was as described but paid a lot for ‘gift wrapping’ as was sent direct to birthday recipient. The receiver just got the charms in plastic wrapping with two gift bags folded flat in the box with it. Not a gift wrapping service at all, don’t pay the extra.

Dear Matt, we regret reading your review. All gift wraps include a shopping bag, a decorative bow and a gift card message. All these are sent flat so that you can pack the items yourself. I love my Nomination bracelet, it came in the mail very quickly and it is very good quality. The only annoyance I have with it is that I almost could not put it back together when I was removing some links. I finally got it back together with the help of a sewing pin to pull the one side open. I am a little worried about opening it again in the future to add more charms. I wish there was a tool that they sent to help with the process.

All in all the experience was very good. The shop is very reliable. However, I purchased altogether 6 links and decided to make a separate order for one link as it said that it will be back on stock in 4 weeks. In the end, both orders arrived the same day, but for one I had to pay a delivery fee. Therefore, it would be good to put a more realistic info on when the item will be back on stock. Thank you!
